Using the tools

Use NivaFile only for documents you have permission to process. Review downloaded results before relying on them. Conversion, OCR and AI output can contain errors; each tool explains its limitations. Keep backups of original documents and save any passwords you choose.

Membership and limits

Basic browser tools are free within the stated limits. Premium purchases provide access for 30 days or one year, with the credit allocation shown at checkout. They do not renew automatically. Renewing the same active plan adds time to its current expiry and carries forward unused credits. File, page, batch and rate limits apply to every plan.

Availability

Native conversions, AI, account features and checkout require connected services. A plan does not guarantee an unavailable service will become available. NivaFile does not claim ISO certification, native mobile/desktop applications, team management, SSO or selectable processing regions.

The operator’s legal business details will be published before commercial release. Read the payment and refund information.
