Privacy and your documents
Updated 13 October 2026
Browser processing
Core PDF tools, batches and local workflows process documents on your device. The application does not upload those documents to its servers. Save downloads before closing a page. Saved workflows keep their names and settings in your browser; files and passwords are not saved with them.
Tools that upload files
Native Office, HTML and PDF/A conversions upload documents to the configured conversion service. AI tools send uploaded PDFs to the application server and Google Gemini. Temporary native conversion files are deleted after processing; interrupted jobs may leave temporary storage until its one-day lifecycle removes them. Provider retention rules also apply to AI processing.
Accounts and payments
Account services use Amazon Cognito and the backend database. Membership, credit balance and payment records belong to your account. Razorpay handles checkout; the application verifies the payment before granting access. It does not collect or store card numbers or CVV details.
Network location and currency
Cloudflare uses network location to suggest a currency. The application uses a country code, rather than calling a separate location-tracking service. Your selected currency takes priority and is saved as a preference cookie; signed-in users can also save it to their account. Hosting providers process connection information such as IP addresses for delivery and security.
Advertising and cookies
When enabled, Basic pages may display Google AdSense advertisements. A Google-certified consent service controls the advertising request. AdSense is not loaded while account status is unknown or for Premium and Business members. The application does not send locally processed documents to AdSense. Advertising providers may use cookies and connection data under their own policies. Use the ad privacy choices link to review consent.
Contact and data requests
Business and privacy contact details will be published here when they are configured.
