Frequently asked questions
What can I do for free?
Use 25 browser PDF tools without an account, including merge, split, rotate, text export, English OCR and visible signatures. Basic batches process up to three files. Each tool explains its file and page limits.
What does Premium add?
Higher local file limits, batches of up to 100 files, saved browser workflows, an ad-free experience, PDF/A and AI tools when their services are connected, and the listed AI credit allocation. Safety limits still apply.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. This checkout buys 30 days or one year of access with a single Razorpay payment. Renew when you want to. Renewing the same active plan adds time to its existing expiry and preserves unused credits.
Can I choose a different currency?
Yes. Network location suggests a currency, but your choice always takes priority. The selected currency and full purchase amount are shown before payment. Domestic INR checkout supports the payment methods enabled on the Razorpay account; international checkout requires merchant activation.
How do AI credits work?
A task uses 20 credits plus 2 credits for each uploaded PDF page. There is a 50-page limit per PDF. Failed AI requests refund the reserved credits. Credit usage is separate from the number of files you can process locally.
Are my documents stored in my account?
Browser tools process documents on your device. Account pages store membership and payment information, not the files you process locally. Native and AI tools explain their upload requirements.
Does Business include teams or SSO?
Those features are not currently available as self-service products. Contact sales to discuss team access, billing, security and deployment requirements before agreeing to a Business plan.
